If you are not satisfied with the quality of a delivered service, you must notify Edarch Labs within 14 working days of service delivery (or, in the case of consultation or training, within 14 working days of the final session). Concerns will be reviewed, and where deemed valid, reasonable efforts will be made to address or rectify the issue. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
2. Cancellation Prior to Service Delivery
A full refund may be issued if a service is cancelled before any work, preparation, session, or consultation has commenced, typically within 24 hours of payment. Once service delivery has begun—including document review, preparation of study material, scheduling or delivery of sessions, or provision of consultation—refunds will not be issued.
3. Late Delivery
If EDARCH LABS is unable to deliver a service within the agreed timeframe and the delay renders the service no longer required, a full or partial refund may be considered, depending on the extent of service already delivered.
4. Technical Issues
In the event of technical or operational issues on our part that prevent delivery of the agreed service (including online sessions or document delivery), EDARCH LABS will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be achieved, a refund may be considered.
5. Unavailability of Service
If, for unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to provide the agreed-upon services after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to you.
6. Non-Compliance with Instructions
It is essential that clients provide accurate and complete information for the editing process. If a refund request is made due to errors or omissions in the information provided, it will be subject to review on a case-by-case basis.
7. No Refunds After Final Delivery
No refunds will be issued once a service has been fully delivered, including:
- Final CV or resume delivery
- Completion of scheduled PART-66 preparation sessions
- Completion of AME career or licensing consultation
