2. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information relevant to the service requested.

Any misleading, incomplete, or false information may affect the effectiveness of our Services, and EDARCH LABS is not liable for any resulting outcomes.

3. Payment

Payment for Services is required before the service begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Pricing is outlined on our website or provided in writing prior to engagement.

4. Service Recommendations

CV editing services provide recommendations to improve content, structure, and presentation; the final decision to accept or implement these changes rests with you.

PART-66 preparation and AME consultation services provide guidance, exam strategies, and advisory input; final decisions regarding exam performance, licensing, or career progression remain with the candidate and the relevant regulatory authority.

5. Quality Assurance

If you are not satisfied with the quality of any Service, please contact us within 14 working days of delivery. We will review your concerns and make reasonable efforts to address valid issues, where applicable.

6. Confidentiality

We prioritize the security and confidentiality of your personal and professional information. While we take reasonable measures to protect data, we cannot guarantee security of data transmitted electronically due to factors outside our control.

7. Copyright

Documents, study materials, or guidance provided by EDARCH LABS are for personal use only. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or published without written permission. EDARCH LABS retains no ownership rights over your original documents.

8. Data Retention

Edited documents or consultation records are retained for six months unless otherwise agreed. After this period, data will be securely deleted from our systems.

9. Limitation of Liability

EDARCH LABS is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

This includes, but is not limited to, exam outcomes, licensing results, employment offers, or any decisions made based on our guidance.

10. Legal Compliance
Clients are responsible for ensuring their use of our Services complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements. 

11. Modifications

EDARCH LABS may update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Updated Terms will be posted on our website. Your continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available on the website. Clients are advised to review the policy before engaging any Service.

13. Termination
EDARCH LABS reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to Services at our discretion, without liability, for any reason including violation of these Terms.
